// QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Product, report,
and responsible party.

Request the records that answer your procurement questions. Identify the proposed product and the supplier behind each specification, report or facility document.

Product specification

Define the ingredient identity, serving basis, format and packaging that the quotation refers to.

  • Formula or ingredient specification
  • Per-unit and per-serving amounts
  • Packaging and storage requirements

Report scope

Read the product, material or batch identified in a report before applying its results to an order.

  • Named material or finished product
  • Lot or batch reference when relevant
  • Test methods, units, limits and date

Company and facility

Check the actual holder, facility address, scope and validity of any certificate presented.

  • Certificate holder and issuing body
  • Facility and activity covered
  • Validity and permission to share
Review the document checklist

// PLAN THE PACK

The product brief
includes the packaging.

Specify the container, fill or count, closure, label and transport pack alongside the formula. The packaging brief then becomes part of the supplier quotation and sample review.

// BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Start with the questions
that shape the order.

How do I start with a listed product?

Include the product name or source ID, target market, expected quantity and any changes to the formula or pack. We use those details to request the current supplier specification and define the quotation scope.

Can you help with a different formula?

Share the ingredients, intended amounts per serving, preferred format, target market and expected quantity. We coordinate the supplier feasibility discussion and identify the proposed development work, samples and responsibilities.

How is the minimum order determined?

The supplier quotation sets the minimum for the selected formula, format, packaging and unit of measure. Label-only changes, a different pack and a new formulation can have different order conditions; include the intended configuration in your brief.

How do I request a sample?

Tell us which product or formula you want to evaluate and the questions the sample should answer. Sample type, version, quantity, charges, shipping and evaluation scope are agreed before an arrangement is made.

Which documents can I ask for?

Start with the current product specification, then identify the material, finished-product or batch records needed for your project. We discuss availability with the supplier and retain the named holder, product, facility, methods, date and scope of each record.

What determines the project schedule?

Formula review, sample evaluation, packaging, artwork approval, production, release and dispatch have separate dependencies. The written proposal sets the milestones for the agreed product, quantity and responsible parties.
